perfect experience

really good service buggy transport
The staff's dedication to cleanliness stood out. I saw them mopping floors and cleaning sunbeds every morning. ramps are everywhere, it made getting around with a pram easy for my family. they even assisted with luggage and offered buggy transport. i found this level of service really good.

The staff was lovely. They remembered my kids' names. staff always engaged in conversation with us. breakfast was delicious with such a large variety. the hotel is beachfront. this place is sooo clean! every morning i'd wake up to see staff everywhere mopping floors and cleaning sun beds.
Getting into the ocean in bare feet was challenging. Boardwalks into the sea would be helpful. otherwise, everything was excellent.

Wonderful Stay!

delicious breakfast multiple swimming pools extra touch
The staff provided a complete explanation of the hotel facilities. I appreciated the delicious buffet breakfast each morning. Multiple swimming pools offered options for relaxation. I found them to be clean. I was happy as my room got an upgrade from standard to suite!
The bathroom was a bit small. The shower pressure was lower than expected.

My beachfront double room included comfortable beds and daily cleaning. The room featured a small fridge for drinks and snacks. Air conditioning worked very well, maintaining the room at a constant temperature.
